Michael B. Bruno has been providing quality & affordable rental housing for over thirty years.  Having been a resident of Newton County for most of his life, he has become well known and respected in the rental business.

Michael now owns over 130 rental locations.  We  provide 1,2,3&4 bedrooms with rent rates ranging from $450 to $950 per month. Our units are well maintained and we make every effort to ensure that each location feels like "home".  If we do not have a vacancy that is just right for you, we are happy to refer you to other respected landlords in the community.

 Call Michael or his wife, Celeste, for your rental needs.  We do not charge application fees, however, we require applicants to obtain a criminal background check from the local police or sheriff's department  to turn in with application.  In most cases, we can have your application approved within 48 hours.

Although we do not have regular posted office hours, you will usually find Michael or Celeste  in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday between 10:30am and 3:30pm.  The office is closed on Wednesday's and weekends, however, we check messages often.......so call or come see us today!
